Yes. Free on-site parking is available for our guests.
Reservations are not required, and walk-ins are always welcome. However, reserving a time online is recommended, especially during busy periods. We’ll do our best to accommodate walk-ins based on lounge availability.
You do not need a reservation to visit the café without entering the cat lounge.
Yes. Every guest must complete a waiver before entering the cat lounge. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for guests under 18. Waivers may be completed online or upon arrival.
Please don’t pet cats while they are sleeping or eating. Our cats also have private rooms where they can rest away from visitors, so a particular favorite may be recharging during your visit. Because the cats choose when they want to interact, we cannot guarantee interaction with any particular cat.
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult throughout their visit. Children 2 and under are free.
We generally maintain a calm, welcoming environment and would love to help make your visit comfortable. Please contact us in advance so we can better understand your needs and discuss available accommodations or quieter visiting times.
Paws & Purrs works closely with Paws on My Heart, a local rescue organization. The rescue provides adoptable cats for the lounge, while our team helps house and care for them during their stay. We also provide space for some Paws on My Heart operations.
Yes! Our lounge cats are available for adoption through Paws on My Heart unless otherwise noted.
All adoptions are managed by Paws on My Heart. The rescue handles applications, reviews, approvals, and final adoption arrangements. You can learn more about the process and apply through Paws on My Heart.
We’ll offer merchandise for cat lovers of all ages, including products from local artists and items created exclusively for Paws & Purrs. Selection and availability will change over time, so there will often be something new to discover.
Personal photos and videos of the café and cats are welcome! Please avoid flash photography and respect the privacy of other guests. Do not photograph or record other visitors, especially children, without their permission.
Professional, promotional, or commercial photography must be approved in advance.
